SPRINT TECHS! Please answer my question.

Ok, heres a question for all you saavy Sprint Techs.

One of my sero phones has been in existence for about 2-3 months. Can I call up sprint and have them port my wife's Verizon number to the existing sero phone?

Thats the first part... after that answer, I have a follow up question that I would like to ask.

im not a sprint tech,but tried to get sero with my existing nextel plan.i was told it is for new customers only and u have to get a new number.
