Phone as modem (PAM) capable sprint smartphone

Hi, I am trying to get recommendation on which sprint phones are capable of being used as PAM. I have a sprint mogul which works great for this purpose but i am trying to make recommendation for someone else and they might not like the mogul as much as i am

I supposed that PAM capable smartphone would most likely be Windows mobile based. I also assume that WM based phone would be the easiest to hack to hide the fact that the phone is being used as PAM without alerting sprint (and getting charged extra)?

Much appreciated any comment. Thanks

I heard that the palm 800w, centro, and htc touch can be used like this. anyone else have any other comments?

I use my Htc Touch to tether easily with no PAM plan. A simple cab file changes registry so when you tether, The phone connects using cellular line rather than phone as a modem. Its called PhoneasModemToSprintpcs.cab I think. I will post the link if i can find it.

You can use the Samsung A900 to tether also.
