i know the jawbone has to touch the jaw for it to work, with the earpiece does it have a problem doing that or does it poke out at all.

Shipped the mold kit back yesterday. Very eager to get this earpiece.

cool, I never thought of this.. might have to get me molded..

also (a little further off topic) one of the hesitation's i've had in getting a jb2 is facial hair. I don't shave everyday and keep a "shaggy" look, so do any jb2 user's have wiskers? how do they effect the jb2?

They mention the volume may increase because it's right in your ear with the custom earpiece. Did you notice it increase much? I'm trying to decide which ear to set it up for as I have 60% hearing in one ear and it would be helpful to be able to use it in that ear so that I can still hear others easily but I want to be sure that the volume will be loud enough to hear well in that bad ear. My Jawbone 2 and mold kit are on their way.

It does stick out more than it did but it angles it in towards your face such that the nub touches your face better. Here's a couple angles of mine in
