Help Needed: Messenger giving me "Error" messages
 

Hi there,

I've recently subscribed to the forums not long ago and I have ran into a problem with my phone. I currently have an HTC P4000 cell phone from Telus Mobility and from out of nowhere, my MSN program on the phone is getting an error message. It doesn't say to what type of message it is, but it just pops up as a box and says "Error" on the box's headline, but nothing else around it.

My question is basically if you guys know if I can re-install MSN on my phone, or do I have to re-install Windows and then re-input all my contacts together (mine's a CDMA phone and I've tried syncronizing before but don't know how to properly syncronize back).

Also, advice and such is greatly appreciated ^_^

no, apparently not. yes a re-install is a good place to start.
I think I've heard others having issues with that app and email, but I believe that was due to m$ making some server changes.

I don't use it, but if you want to re-install the rom (o/s for ppc called windows mobile 5,6,6.1) you do need to backup all your contacts, ect.. as everything will be wiped out.
I believe your phone is a titan (sprint=mogul, verizon=something dumb...) so I would search those threads for others using telus.
