I realize this is an old thread, and hope you have resolved your issue by now.

However for future reference, try sticking the corner of a thin business card in the edge of the screen (under the bezel) and sliding it all the way around the screen. Sometimes a small piece of dirt (or whatever is in your pocket) will get lodged under the bezel - effectively pushing he screen all the time. This technique has worked for others!
