yep same thing here brand new package

they told me they would increase the sound output before I got it back so we will see won't be able to test it till tommorrow cause I gotta let it charge.....

in think ive found the problem its not the headset its the handset with the latest rom my phone actually turns the bluetooth off itself and turns it back on.

hopefully an upcoming rom update will fix this. i cant remember if i had a problem with my other bluetooth headsets

it kinda weird cause phonealarm will show the bluetooth as being on but the wireless today plugin will show that bt is off. and then when i go to bt in comm manager it will be off so Big D let me know if u are noticing the same thing..............

Yah the ear loop just wont like fit to my ear, when the headset is on and the earpiece is in my ear, it just kinda falls out because the loop doesn't hold the headset in place really ... it needs like a tighter curve to it ... or maybe just a smaller loop? i don't kno if that describes it well enough ... sound good pzzt?

yep yep same probloem for me. i put the tip of in boiling water ill make ya one if ya like ill make it to fit my ear which it fits perfect

let me try that when I get a chance tomorrow and see how it works ... when u say put the tip in boiling water you mean the hook? like just heat it up in the water so its pliable? then just snug it to my ear til it cools off?

yes and no take the very top of the earhook and set it in the boiling water for I'd say about 10 seconds and then push it in a little and then wait about say 10 min and try it on ur ear I've got 6 extra so if it doesn't work out ill make u one.but just the very top where it makes the bend.
