help locate an .exe file
 

on a windows mobile device under Start >> Settings >> Connection >> Wireless Manager. To turn on wi-fi...where in the phone is this .exe file to turn it on.

I asked because in poorducky's vista communication theme, the wifi doesn't work. I figured if i can link it directly to this wifi .exe in the registry, it will work.
