Is there a program available that I can install on my device that will allow me to send picture mail to phone numbers rather then just email addresses?

Please read the announcement at the top of every thread. It should explain this. If you want to use email, the is an app that simplifies the process (nueMMS) please search for it.

I would post it but would like to introduce you to the feature as it should have been used instead of posting here.
