man that sucks. i've gotten a couple little cheap things off of there before. never really had a problem. never again

I've purchased several products from them and only had 1 registration key issue and it was resolved in a day. That was about a year ago.

Considering the article above, this is probably a recent financial/staffing issue. Thanks for the heads up.

Besides Handago, which web sites are recommended for purchases.
