Slow internet since 2/13? Call *2 (The network is down)
Its mainly effecting the east coast. It is not your phone. Its a network issue. NO, DNS change will not fix it, deleting HTC_CM, Parms, TCP etc. etc NO. You must call *2, no getting around it. The more people reporting, the faster the ticket/issue gets prioritized/resolved. Thanks.

Re: Slow internet since 2/13? Call *2 (The network is down)
My wife and I both own a Sprint Touch and while my internet is crap, hers is blazing fast. I set them side by side and visited the same sites on each. Every site I've visited on hers pops up in a couple seconds while mine takes minutes.
Is that possible if the network is down or is that a separate issue with my phone? |
Re: Slow internet since 2/13? Call *2 (The network is down)
She shouldn't be fast at all, however: I wonder if you are too far west to be affected? No one in Philly, NYC, MD, VA, Wash etc. is moving fast at all on any phone except the 755p for some odd reason. Touch, Mogul, Treo700w, MotoQ etc. are all down to a crawl or a dead stop. Despite any reg hack, file or DNS change.

I'm a newb to WM, is there any way I can check her settings to see if they are different than mine? I want to try and narrow it down before I call cs.

It'll get it fixed faster. Sprints not going to care if no one is rasing concerns, so far we managed to get ticket #s to the issue which means those who call will push the priority up that much faster.
