Sprint Etf Waived? How I'm I Eligible?
 

I spoke with a painful Sprint CSR and says i'm not eligible for the ETF to be waived because my charges went down and it is not more but less although a new fee was implemented. Can anyone share what their bill looks like when they are eligible???

This is my bill charges comparison changes:

I believe you just need to call back for a different CSR. They'll not want you to leave so if that's what you're aiming for it will be a little harder to find a CSR that'll help you out..
