Privacy when device is locked

Does anyone know of any kind of software or program that can be downloaded to a HTC Mogul 6800 (TITAN) so that when the device is locked incoming calls and messages are not able to be viewew or answered including the number where the call is coming from

I believe text messages have a privacy mode on them, not sure about the calls though..
