Will this thing ever come out? Has everyone just forgotten about it?

I've been happy to let my phone double as my main mp3 player so far cause I can stream music online and I've been telling myself the 16gb micro-sd cards will be out soon. Well we're on our way to a year from when the rumors of its release first started circulating and still nothing.

By this point I think we'll be lucky if we see this thing come out next year. Please tell me I'm wrong, anybody know anything about this?
