Can I adjust internal NAND for more RAM ?

Back before WinMo 5, PPC-2003 had a nifty stock tool allowing you to move the partition dividing point so you could sacrifice storage space for RAM, or vice-versa.

Any insights will be muchly appreciated.

Unless I'm mistaken, ROM is storage and RAM is memory. It's been a while but I think the tool in 2003 partitioned some ROM as a virtual storage card.
