Screen freezes and it does not respond to my stylus's tap. HELP!
 

My problem is that my screen sometimes freezes upon start-up and i have to do a number of hard resets and it may just freezes there. My screen also does not respond to my stylus's taps. I don't know if it's the screen that's not working, but i am still able to work with the keys. Somebody please help!!!
