The device start up but it stuck in the backround image of the today screen and after it says that the windows fail to boot and ask me to push up volume to do hard reset or any other if i want to cancel when i cancel i stuck in the today scren back round
I try active syncbut it does not work i am not able to connect

Wirelessly posted (HTC Diamond: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows CE; IEMobile 7.11) Sprint MP6950SP)

I suggest you download an application like MyMobiler or EveryWAN that allows you to view and control your device and it's content on your regular PC.
Google it! ;)

I cannot connect via activesync so i am guess that this apps is useless
Is there any way that i can force the usb connection or tranfer files via bootloader?

Just do a hard-reset and restore from the previous night's backup on SPB Backup or Sprite. Which one do you use?
