Best way to Sync Google Apps
 

I currently need to sync email from two different sources. One from my work's Exchange and another from my personal Google Apps account.

Before I had Google Apps I used Seven to sync 5 email addresses to my device and Active Sync to Sync my Exchange Mailbox. Since moving to Google Apps I now only use the one email addres + my work Exchange mail address. I now use AS for Exchange and Seven just to sync the Google Apps account.

Is there a better way I should be doing this? I am wondering if I should just manually sync my google apps via IMAP every 5 or 10 minutes instead of going full blown push with Seven but I am not sure if that will affect my battery life.

Any suggestions are welcome!
