good news, I got the breakdown of billing and it is unlimited data no issues, I will attach the portion of the bill that you will need to see, for obvious reasons i took out the number, but it is in 3 parts the reason for the extra charges is cause i changed plans midway so I got prorated. But hope this helps everyone who was questioning it or wanted to get it.

Thanks for the info, I'm new to the forum. I live in New Hampshire and tried today to add the unlimited plan with no luck. After being on hold for about 25 minutes the rep eventually found the plan, contacted the pda people and then told me she was told the plan is out of date and cannot be offered. She thought 'my friend' may have a business plan...

What package did you try to get the 2000 messages or the u.l +texts for $20? Get back at me

I tried to get the unlimited data plus texts. I am on a family share plan with my wife where we have 700 minutes. We are probably going to increase our minutes but it didn't sound like the minutes had any bearing. It sounded as though they just weren't going to add it. I'm hoping a different CS rep may just go ahead and add it without questioning.

Hmm, def check with a diff CS person, that could be trouble though, I havent even had the plan for a full month, but my w is having an issue with the screen, the top layer of the screen is pulling apart from itself, so I was going to call and get a replacement but if they wont forward the feature I might just go to sprint cause they have amazing sero plans right now for about half of what I am paying verizon for. So keep us informed.
