How to jailbreak for ios 6.1.3 untethered. Please help me.

I cant jailbreak for ios 6.1.3 when use Evasion. And i know that Redsnow can jailbreak but it is tethered.
I want jailkbreak for iphone 4, ios 6.1.3 with untethered
Who can do this, please help me.
