OMG some1 Plz HELP...

I cant sync music??? on my iphone it says it will remove 62 apps.... WTF??? can some1 plz help me...

Click file -> transfer purchases from iphone
Then you can set up to sync music. You may have to enable your itunes account by going to advanced -> enable account.

also,

you may want to use MediaMonkey instead of iTunes, mostly because iTunes sucks.

Not that the OP is still around, but this generally means you've gotten stuff from a different iTunes account than the account that you're currently signed in with on the pc/mac.
