need some help with ssh
 

trying to ssh via usb using Itunnel and winscp, when I try to login with root and alpine (I know but I have to login to change to change the password don't I?) it gives me an error "error software closed" or smething like that.

then I check itunnel and the error apparently was

XMLAMDeviceStartService = 0


google searching has yielded no results on how to handle this. anyone know how to handle this?
