Calendar simular to WM?
I guess now I am just looking for a way to add birthdays from my contacts to my calendar. Any ideas?

One simple way is to sync up through exchange with a google calendar. There's an option to show contact's birthdays. I also like the way you can add holidays too.
I could have sworn MS outlook had a birthday option but I can't remember. You could also search the marketplace. There may be some apps to help you.
