Google PC

Seeing as (IMO) Google Mobile OS's are whiping the floor with WinMo (again IMO), who here thinks we could see some sort of google Computer. I know its Linux based so we kinda already do, but it would be nice to see what the guys at google could come up with.

They are already planning the Chrome OS based off of the Chrome browser. (Which I find to be funny since Microsoft was bashed for monopolistic tenancies for having IE be included in Windows.)

Yeah, but you pay money for windows. Chrome OS would most likely be free. That changes things a bit because it would be a choice you could make about the operating system as a whole. you could just use a different one, whereas windows you payed good money for, so it makes less sense for THEM to own YOU.

i like how you pay for windows and all the updates and have nothing but problems, but yet you get linux for free and its basically problem free.
