I sent him my HTC One for jtag repair.
He received it on the 3/7/14 and tried to tell me he didn't get it.
I tracked it via USPS on the 13th to his house. Then he said his wife signed for it.
Then he said he was afraid to work on it as it was to " pristine ".
Told him to go ahead as I sent money to cover repair. Then he said he was to busy. Said to just send it back as he had had it over 21 days at the time.
He keeps saying he will but never does.
He said he would refund my repair costs which he has not.
I filed a claim with PayPal on the 24th.
Instead of replying to the claim he just created a new donation account.
I am now in the process of filing legal actions.
Do not get scammed.

Sad indeed to have this experience from such a well known name.
Have heard from another well known name zarboz is very shady.
Zarboz said he didn't have time to fix my device or send it back yet he had time to make and post a new kernel yesterday on xda.
I am gonna report my device as stolen to Sprint tomorrow.
I already have things in motion on other fronts.

Sorry to hear man. Worst part is XDA is just going to say they are not responsible and this guy can just go on doing this to other people. Using BS excuses like sickness and money issues. I hear all of this stuff in my job hiring IT folks. Its funny hearing all the bad things that suddenly occur when a deal is done and they break their commitments.

I got word zarboz is hiding out in his house.
He has been lying, saying he is homeless to get donations and sympathy. He has tweeted and posted to g+.
He is a liar.

Had someone go to zarboz's AKA Bryan Smith's house. He had sold the device he stole from me.
Now this person is going to try to get some money for it.
Bryan was also arrested in 2006 for dealing drugs.
This is the kind of person he is.
Xda dev zarboz is a crook and a liar on top of being a drug dealer.
