white screen flashes on and off
 

After a failed flash my phone will only turn on and off with a bright white screen. I can not boot into recovery. (Galaxy Fascinate). Any thoughts or do I have a new paperweight.

Not familiar with your device, but can you get into download mode?

im guessing it does this when plug in to usb/wall when charging
get a old charging cable for it cut the end to look like this

connect to battery terminals (the red one is positive and black is negative)
plug usb to pc and put phone in download mode and use odin
