[26.04.2011][v1.2] GingerBreak APK (root for GingerBread) - xda-developers
I downloaded version 1.20 and installed. When I opened it it did everything for me. Does root and will un-root as well. Didn't take as long as thread said. 20-30 seconds before phone rebooted and had root. It was fast. Did all with phone (well) downloaded apk with my evo and sent to drop box, then sent link as a text to lg and installed. Then phone rooted itself. Make sure to have usb debug on. FYI |

yup even after the update gingerbreak v.1.2 works, i have it on my phone too

help. got stuck in boot loop at the droid screen on the original Droid 1. un-rooting with superoneclick remedies this, but root is still inaccessible.
