My full name is displayed on my app market reviews!!!???
 

What controls how my name is displayed when I make a review of an app that I have installed from the market? I wrote one and was completely surprised to see my full name associated with the review. That is completely ridiculous- there's no way I will ever review another app now... Unless I can change what name is displayed.. Any ideas?

It's b/c the market is operated by google and you have to use your account you setup to access it - aka the name you entered when you setup the phone

There must be something else that controls this. I left a review the other day and my wifes name comes up for the review. She is not the plan holder, she doesn't have a gmail account, and doesn't even have an android device.....? I would really like to fix this.

Did she happen to set your gmail account up for you and mistakenly put her name? When you log into Gmail on the computer, in the top right corner is it her name or yours? If it's hers that's what happened, if not, i'm clueless.

Well I guess I'll just not ever write a review for anything. Just when I think google is really getting it right and competing well with the "other" app store something like this crops up... I almost can't believe they don't understand this.

I found were to change it, Somehow my nickname was set to my wifes name.
