Sprint Update: LS670ZVC 2/7/2011
 

Has anyone tried the new update? I dont have it pushed to my phone yet but here is the official link: Sprint ID: LG Optimus S (LS670) Maintenance Releases

Update is supposed to include:

• SD Card Detection error
• New drivers for LCD supplier
• Removing first time language selection from the startup wizard

gf got this pushed today.... talk about late lol

doesnt seem worth the need.. never even had the supposed SD Card error..

we wont be doing the update..

My mom did too. Be glad you phone didn't get the error. My moms did not either.

On my daughter's phone the apps will stop responding or don't open at all after the update. Have restart to get it to work again.

Mine seems to be runing just fine with the update. No problems at all.

My girlfriend got the update, I am rooted, and have a custom rom, so I did not apply the update

My moms is as well. I'm gonna check her phone once she stops by. Does you streaming media have any trouble working? Our update with EVO's caused this to occur. I'll make sure the XM/Sirius app works on her phone as mine on my EVO would not after our update.

anyone know if this update hard reset the device as well???

Cant get the stupid nag screen to go away, and might have to do this update regardless of me feeling its necessary or not..

when you get the update nag, hit more info, and then do a battery pull.

start up you phone and the nags are gone. I havent had a nag for days since I did this.

It does not force a hard reset.
