How do you factory reset an X10 mini pro?
 

Hi Guys,

I'm having a problem with my X10 Mini Pro. I can't boot it and I can't even access the safe mode as well. Do you guys know how I can do a factory reset?

To reset the phone to factory default settings:

From the Home screen, find and tap Settings.
Tap SD card & phone storage > Factory data reset.
Tap Reset phone.

If he can't boot the phone no way he can do that!

Sounds like a job for RSD Lite. I haven't really used that tool yet but I hear it is capable of restoring the phone to manufacturer default OS.
