ADB Help! Please!

Been trying to get my phone to accept cmd commands!

Just got dell touch screen with Windows 7!

Tried every path variable I could find yet sdk will not mount!

 Very frustrated been trying off and on for months but fail miserably!

Need step by step, link, video or some miracle!

are you syncing phone with pc? i mean thats how it works for my epic and i guess you have a evo if info is correct?

Also did usb debugging from settings! Tried getting it to read plugging in phone from recovery! Pain in the butt! Virtual devices shows up but cant getbadb commands to run. Keeps throwing error no internal or external command found!h:wave:
