Stuck in the ANDROID screen

Hey guys, all of a sudden my phone stopped getting passed the android screen.. i cant figure it out and im dying without my phone, how can i reinstall for moto droid

What have you done to the phone as far as tweaks/ROMs and what not? Have you tried restoring a NANDroid backup?
