MS wants a piece of Andriod..

So it looks like MS now feels it's threaten by the Andriod market and is looking to stir the pot.

I've been a wmobile user for a few years, but i'd say F MS. they should of stayed on top of windows mobile and maybe andriod wouldn't be taking over.

If they were going to do this they should've done it a year ago. Android is pretty much already set to overtake winmo this year.. and after the Incredible and the Evo, will do so.

wow looks like MS wants to copy not only apple's strategy of closing the OS to any modding, but now they're taking a page right out of Apple's book with "if you can't beat 'em, sue 'em"

Microsoft suing anyone for copying something is so ironic and hypocritical, it's actually pretty humorous.

They don't seem too concerned about the take over, seems like just want a piece of the money.

This is BS by the way, HTF is MS going to require a license by HTC, one of their strongest and largest partners? Eff them, they are taking too many notes from the book of Steve Jobs.

In other news, Microsoft and Apple are found in bed together fondling each others data ports, because they both just now realized what we knew all along... Android is going to kick their butts! Seriousl, how sad is it when the corporate giants of America begin filing lawsuits on each other because their egos are too big to do what they should have so long ago: SHARE THEIR SOURCE CODE!

Too bad for them they let Google grow another year before they started up with their BS because now Google is bigger and stronger than ever before. It's like two little, scrawny nerds on the playground having their friend go up to the biggest guy out there and saying "we don't like the way you are winning in kick ball so you better be nice or we're going to tell our mommies on you!"

the good is we have two large companies (Google/Andriod and HTC) who can battle against MS IF they have to..

it's harder when it's small vs big or 1 vs 1 but when it's 2 vs 1, it's a wrap.

apple is also suing HTC because they claim they own patents to "pinch-to-zoom" on the LCD screen. how pathetic is that, patent how you can touch the phone..
