I didn't realize it sooner, which is weird, but you cannot upload files via the browser. where the upload button normally is, is a button you cannot click named "upload disabled" Also animated GIF files don't work. I used animated gif files regularly in my MMS messages and different websites.

I and everyone else in the Android Community needs to go to these 2 pages and star the problems outlined in this message. We need to vote this BASIC functionality to the top of the list and let them know we demand it!

This still doesn't deal with uploading stuff thru the browser. use that program, and surf on over to imageshack.us from your android phone in dolphin or just the normal browser. It still says uploads disabled.

So instead of trying to push a product, could you just go to the code site and vote on the 2 issues so it gets fixed, it isn't time consuming at all.. just click the star. not a big deal folks.

Opera Browser works for uploading to image shack so it doesn't seem to be a limitation in the operating system.

yeah, but opera for android sucks at the moment. It was Google's fault for not implementing a built in file browser.. no matter how simple it is. And Opera doesn't do animated Gif files either. Just vote on it at the page please. At least the animated gif one. it takes no time whatsoever seriously.

opera mini 4.2 works fine for me.. i used to have the same prob a couple of weeks ago
