I have 3 UTStarcom PPC-6700 and I am not able to use your updates. It is giving me 120 errors. Wrong Country. I know its ok.

I have a couple questions.
I have bootloader 1.00 on two of them and 2.02 on another. None of them will accept the update. Please help.

Is it because It is an alltel phone?
