probably because my version of opera is cooked in and any cabs installed for it can cause conflicts, like part of the cab is used an dpart of the existing files are used. the rom is uploading right now. I am doing a final test to make sure everything works and I will update my post with the link

its opera 9.7... i am using 9.5 in the new build
