I wasn't able to find anyone who did, but I might have to look into it again with the updates this past week. Let MordyT know if you find anyone who does... I wasn't able to at the time.

My question is is it worth reading the remaining 50+ pages and attempting to learn more about this or should I not even bother as it wont prove to be useful, I am cooking 6.5.5 builds if that matters. If no one knows I guess Ill be reading some more...lol |

Create a Manila R2.5 Engine folder Create a Manila R2.5 folder open up app.reg from manila 2.5 engine in calk's kitchen scroll to the bottom, you will see a listing of packages with the package numbers (these will tell you what goes in the engine folder. now with two windows open (manila R2.5 folder and the rhodium_ext_package folder) match up the files in the app.reg and slide the contents of the "file" folder in each folder into the manila engine folder. do that with all of them after that open up the manila R2.5 folder and the manila_xxxxx folders transfer all the xxxxxxxx_manila files from the file folder over to the manila R2.5 folder and the rest of the contents transfer over to the new engine folder. Did i lose you yet!?!? |

Wow, you guys are trying way to hard to get these new packages working.
All you need is to just take all the manila packages and their dependant packages and just drom them in the kitchen. Then you just need to make an app.dat file for each package. You find the initflashfiles.dat file in OEM_Lang_0409 and open it with notepad, then paste the lines relevant to each package (should be obvious) into a new notepad file, and name it app.dat. Then put the app.dat file in the EXT packages. There are lots of new packages in addition to Manila from the recent Leo and Rhodium leaks, which you can find at Chef's Corner over at Mobile Underground. I have cooked Extendir into roms, and although benchmarking is increadible, I've never experienced any real world performance increase from it. |
