Hey Wel,

did you ever try 21646? Ive been running it for about two days and im impressed, off charge about 9a, around 7p battery at 50% with casual talk/text/email/internet. Everything was good til I went back and cooked in the updated phoncanv from someone who will remain...aww screw it, DWIZZY...there I said, so what?!?!?! :laughing6: Now I have the scroll bar when i'm in call. Other than that, I think I'm gonna roll with it for a while, ooh yeah, after I make some minor corrections to a certain package EXT, LOL

Yea, it has the scrollbar because you are using it with a 6.5.X build. Also it has the overlapping softkey thing too in 6.5.X. When used in a COM2 build though, everything is great. I didn't want to alter it at all for you guys so you had the official version straight from the ROM. I can't just spoon feed you guys everything.lol

I did run with your stripped down 21646. That is stripped down. How did you get ride of IE? What OEMXIPkernal was that(1.14mbs)?

Thats what im talkin about! 21646 is my new bestest buddy. Very fast, and battery life is phenom! I have a very stripped down sys in my sig for 21646 if you don't run titanium.

I promise im trying to learn as fast as I can, but if you give a man fish he can eat for a day but if you teach him to fish he will eat a lifetime... or some such bullsh^t!! lol, im jus sayin ive tried to compile an EXT using the phone canvas but it broke my kitchen. Maybe i need a flip phone :(

Hey Everyone,

Two quick questions..

1) In 1.6R3, CloudAntiVirus detects Calkulin's HTC Kitchen.exe as containing Tri/StartPage.DGO Trojan. Any one else seen that?

2) I want to build a rom with NO Titanium/Manilla/TF3D or any of that stuff. Just the regular Windows Mobile Today Screen. What do I need to do for that to happen?

Not that file. But a recent Kaspersky db update now makes it complain about implantxip.exe.

You and I are both seeing false positives - assuming you got it from one of the mirrors here, I'd ignore it.

I can post that file for you if you'd feel more comfortable with a known good copy.

You probably want to build a 6.1 ROM then because 6.5 is Titanium.
