Thanks all.

1225 is made for our phones and
1412 is made for Leo based phones.

Outside of that I don't know the feature difference.

Not much of a difference besides the 2012.1412 is made for the LEO's 1gz Snapdragon processor (so it uses more resources). and it has the eReader, documents, and other random extra tabs available.

other than that they are identical. 2012.1225 is obviously faster cause its made for the TP2

Question: I had used an EXT package from the latest Leo ROM in the kitchen...however, I had to add a .txt file and reset the data server and sms server on the ROM after flash.

How OR what would I need to do to fix it so it'll cook in natively??

app works as it should with no ill effects now...after the manual adjustments.

Let me add a few specifics...I cooked in S*ype 3.9 pulled from the Leo ROM. One of the VIP's helped with the app.dat file...and I was successful in cooking in the app. It launched after flash only to say that it does NOT support this device. I then dropped a .txt file into the root Windows folder...to alleviate that problem. I had to reenable the #777 data connection to Sprint, and my SMS (sending) was broken...<had to connect thru Sprint instead of The Internet.

SO...once again...pls...what do I have to do OR add to allow the app to function "nominally" after the flash...without all these "fixes?"

not sure if I am allowed to share the EXT here...since S**ype has been in the forums frowning upon the use of their software...

3.9 is a step up from the 2.0 that we all have been using...the larger keys make a difference. Its easier to use it as an NORMAL softkey board without it thinking you're tracking your finger on the keyboard if you're typing fast.

TIA

I'm going to clarify this for everyone since lately I keep seeing statements that don't really explain the differences,

2.5.2012.1225.0 - has twitter tab only
2.5.2012.1412.1 - has twitter, footprints, documents & ereader tabs(ereader tab was added by me)

Now for those that keep saying to use the Rhodium(1225) manila cause it was designed for our phones, so it runs better, the reason that is, is because there are 600 less manila in those builds, which equals to 600 less files in your Windows directory, not because manila is coded any different, just less files equals faster loading times

@redd214 - did you ever get Cookies' HTM and BG4all working? When I cook in HTM, BG4all doesn't work regardless if it's cooked in or cabed in. As a matter of fact, I can't get a background at all even on the home page. Must be something with my HTM ext.
