if i am correct, and someone can correct me if im wrong, but you take the manila files here and make a new folder for the rhodium 2.5. then select that when you run VK. now i am stuck at the engine part because i am not sure what all is included in a manila engine (i.e facebook engine, contact_picker, ect) testing now..

Mine works.. on 6.1 :)

Not using the Manila 2.1 Messaging client or SMS patch either. :-P

Wow, this thing is blazing fast. It might take over 2.1 for me.....

The question is, can you send and receive MMS through the HTC Client (I see you have Sprint) ?

Basically what you do is open Calkulin's app.reg from his Manila engine, then scroll to the bottom where the version numbers are, then add the files from all the apps that are there to your own "manila engine" folder, excluding the actual "XXXXXX_manila" files, those get added to the basic "manila" folder. Also exclude the rgu and dsm files and when you are complete, you will have your very own Manila Engine/Manila folder :)

NOTE: This way excludes footprints, document browser, and eReader, as they're not included with this version of manila anyway...

ok, i learn by asking a lot of random questions..lol let me get this straight:

i just make a manila folder and manila engine folder. slide the files over to each folder based on what is said at the bottom of app.reg

this is too easy! there hasta be more... thanks freeza you made my night! lol

Edit: question, do i need to just take everything out of their original folders? and the 0409 folder?

You added the RAR from this post http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...postcount=3589

Then you edit the app.reg to look like 3.2.1 (i.e. add what posted)

Then when you build you selected Google Map 4.0.0

I have it cooked in and my about box say 4.0.0 #81

It gives you a splash screen about buzz the first time you run it.

I have not tried buzz but tower lock works good.

Buzz works... you just have to sign in AND select it in layers.
Honestly, it's not like a FourSquared (which I can't wait for cause I want to be King of my local coffee shop, lol).
Btw, It's more like a Location-Tweet for your Google Contacts.

Here's the cab I use in my RunCC UC.
The shortcut is edited to go to to \StartMenu\Programs\GPS

yup! when it's all said and done, your manila folder should have...2,675 files in it, and the Manila Engine folder should have 779. "newmailaccount", "footprints", "footcam", and and "documentviewer" are not included as far as i can tell, so you can update your app.reg accordingly, unless you plan to use those files from somewhere else :-p
