Hey guys... I made a little EXT that will create a Tools\Sense Weather folder in your start menu. Inside you will find two shortcuts to cabs that will enable or disable the sense weather animations. No restart needed after installing a cab. Just slide to a different tab and come back to home and the settings will take effect.

I haven't had a chance to test the EXT since i am at work, but I don't see why there would be a problem. Let me know how it goes.

I cannot for the life of me get Arcsoft 5.2.12.45 to receive MMS on Verizon. It couldn't do anything at first until I tried the fix for manila (just for kicks) that involves adding ?X-VZW-MDN=########## to the end of the server address in the MMS Option under Verizon (which I had set to default,) and that actually allowed me to send MMS, but I still cannot receive. I am absolutely stumped.

Server Address: http :// mms.vtext.com/servlets/mms (I added ?X-VZW-MDN=##########)
Connect via: Verizon Wireless
Send Limit: 5000k (only option)

Thanks for this .cab I will try it. I do love the animation but it is really just a novelty. If I want to see it I can always go to the Weather tab, plus the phone seems to run much better with it off on the home page.

Cal, Thnx for the update from the RC3 to the final v1.5. I had so many little issues that I was ready to sit tight with v1.4 and wait for a jump.

I found this morsel thru pocketnow...and linked to XDA...

I know you have your signature Flamerise theme for your ROM's and kitchen...but the theme only on this looks pretty good with 6.5.3. I tried the one that included the taskbar...it just killed it...so I wouldn't bother.

It finds albums and I hit play and the progress bar never moves.

Windows Media Player works fine.

By the way I have the sluggish problem too when in landscape. But that it the least of my problems.

I attached my .ERV file if anyone could have a look.

REMOVE the .zip extension, it's not a ZIP file.

Otherwise the ROM runs great so far.

I cook in dusk leo theme and I do not even have the music tab on the slider until I go into settings and move music two clicks up. I do preset my manila tabs when cooking so this could simply be an issue with the new Manila. Once I move it I can see the music tab and it plays. My other issue is the photo album does not rotate. I believe Martin is working on a fix for this.

I cooked that theme in and uc my manila tabs and I didn't have any problems with the music tab, except for the no volume bar and terrible auto-rotation.

How do you disable auto rotation?
