For those still wondering, apparently the Tom Texting Tool is a program under Settings>System that allows you to tweak your messaging settings.

Battery drain on 1.5 rc was pretty bad on my Sprint TP2.

I just thought it would be nice to have in locally instead of linking externally. Don't worry about it though, I don't need it that bad.
