I did exactly what you said and I attached my .erv file. If I use this exact same erv file with V1.33 Kitchen I don't see the bluetooth battery drain.

Odd I do not see that issue at all, on idle with my current setup cureent draw goes down as low as 50 mA and randomly jumps up to 100mA. This is at 50% brightness. This happens on any sys I have tried and also in the v1.33 kitchen. Whats your hardware revision?
