hey calkulin, i'm having trouble with the messaging client, when i've used in on other roms it has worked perfectly but when i built it in with the kitchen i'm having issues, like its not pulling the picture for any of my contacts also, it won't let me reply. is there something that i should disable in the kitchen if i'm going to use htc messaging client? with all roms that have it built in it has worked perfectly.

edit: i built a titanium only rom, do i have to have manilla files installed on my phone for this to work?

Here are the only things that I've found with this:

Are there any fixes for any of these? I read through all 15 pages or so but couldn't find any...

Also, how are people's battery lives doing with this ROM?

For question 1, you have to disable htc's messaging app. for question, you have to install apristels cab to stop the clock twitches. As far as question 2, dont know. I have sprint. Here are the cabs.

anything on bluetooth issue? i tried all 3 roms and still having issues pairing my jawbone 2. i have used all roms till now without any bluetooth issues

your help is appreciated

Not sure about that. Unfortunately, I don't use blue tooth

This fix doesn't work on the Calkulin's Touch Pro2 21876 Manila 2.5 ROM. I just tried it. I don't think it actually works on any 2.5 Manilas. I have tried this fix before on a 2.1 Manila and it works okay.

Anyone know of a fix for 2.5?

But the actual physical program of Google Maps does not have working My Location aka when you hit the Blue Dot, it should fine your location "within 500 meters".

This isn't GPS either (which also works fine) but AFLT. So can anyone run Google Maps and hit the Blue Dot (without GPS) and get their location? Because it's not working on Sprint. I assume Google Location Services are in the Kitchen, but haven't looked.

just checked mine and its working for me. my location earlier was way off but now that im back home i tryed again and its found me lol.

I can't get the zoom bar to work. Did I miss a setting?

Opera or Google.

These worked out of the box in NRG roms so I expected them to work here.

Do I need to do something to get this to work?

interesting. wonder what I'm missing....

Also, here's a new problem. I've flashed 3 times already and can't shake this: my slider icons/screen is too low, causing them to be cut off. I have everything for Manila selected correctly...
