Your antivirus software may be stopping it. Have you disabled or shut down your antivius software?

dont try extracting it just double click the original file.

Downloaded HSPL from Radium site and as soon as it is packed up there is a virus warning. Virus: Bloodhound.w32.EP

please read the first 2 posts of this thread. it is a false positive. disable antivirus and it will work fine. disable firewall too, if needed.

To do this, can it be done via BT or does it have to be via USB? (I can't find my cable...but always connect via BT) Thanks!

according to first post, it must be connected via usb cable.

are you getting the "you already unlocked a device" message when you choose the automatic option? if so, then you just have to wait on cmonex to hook you up. or, if you can't wait for cmonex to reply to your email, when you get that message, you can click the donate button in the unlocker program and it will let you unlock.
