@Tinkerbell yea looks like alot of drama and discontent in this thread.

To those having issues here I suggest asking a friend or family member if you can use thier PC and temporarily download and install Windows Mobile Device Center to thier PC and then set up a sync partnership. Then download a fresh copy of the unlocker from htc unlocks site to that friends PC. Then make sure Airplane Mode on your TP2 is off and with the PC connected to the internet sync up and try to unlock your replacement TP2.

i have abig proble dowloaded the spl and every thing went well.
the phone repoted and but sais sim was invalid.
i then did a factory restore of files and pohne rebted and will not restart

i followd the instruction and every thing went well.
th ephone rebotted but it said sim vas invalid and to insert a verizon sim>
i checked the spl and it was corrected as the spl 1.00.01inex
i then dod a facrory restore to clean all data from phone it restarted but wont boot up now?

Try removing the sim and then see if it reboots. FYI you don't need a sim card to use your device on the Verizon network. The sim slot is there for using your device on GSM networks.

could it be possible to use an old version of olinex unlocker that doesnt have the "checkin" code? sorry if this has been asked didnt feel like looking thought 200+ pages. by the way i do have 2 or 3 early versions of HSPL. my TP2 is already unlocked but im in the process of getting a new/used one. i dont want to go though the problem if it was already unlocked then locked again. like for warranty repair/replacement. thanks guys.

Who have WM6.1 ROM for RHOD 500(CDMA + GSM version) ???

This Rom operates in both GSM and CDMA, just use the toggle under mode of operation when appropriate. Thanks Eric.
