Mine said "Failed" When I did it.
I have Device center connected, but not synced. I ran the program as administrator. I am on Windows 7 64bit machine. It first asked for the IMEI number. I found mine under Phone Identity, and entered it. It did something for a few seconds, and then it says "failed".

hey everybody.

this is my first post here.
I am a member of a german ppc portal, but I don´t get any help. I don´t know why...
I think that they think that I did not read the instructions for using Hard SPL.
But I did!

My problem is, that I don´t get the software to run!
Windows opens up a window which says something like can´t find the folder or file. something like that. I´m sorry, but my windows is german.
so what ever. I can´t even delete the file hard SPL! neither on my desktop which runs on windows 7 nor on my xp-netbook.

I tried to V1 and V2 and I tried to run both as admin.

I would be pleased for some help! Pleas! I can´t stand that original ROM any more!

let me clarify one thing here; we are still supporting it - but we decided (after a discussion on XDA) that it's not always possible to respond to the tickets in a timely manner without someone else's help so we are getting help now, so that it can be possible. :)

as for email...I'll say I prefer everyone use the ticket system instead, right now I tried to respond to some guy whose email is starting with "bep@", but the email bounced back... so whoever this "bep@" is, I'm telling him here that his IMEI has been enabled for flashing. :)

that is beta, won't work on some phones, etc. so don't spread it around.

I sent a ticket several months ago. If I were to send a ticket now with my replacement phone's IMEI, you would be able to enable it for flashing?

don't pm her here, do it @ the htc unlocks or rhodium unlocks site (check the thread if i'm wrong). make sure to follow the steps so they don't say they never got the email :).
