Norton is blocking the unzip, advising of a Bloodhound.W32.EP virus ... can anyone comment?

Just disable Norton. There is no virus.

im having connection problems it says my phone isnt connected when it is does anyone have a solution im using windows 7x64 and touch pro 2 verizon

It says success and then the phone turns off. After I resest it there is no 1.00.oliNex in the multicolour bootloader screen. Whats going on?
