Cant seem to work it out...connected properly. Synced properly. Turned off my anti virus. Ran as administrator. No clue why i cant run this. Any ideas?

pretty sure avg is causing that. how did you turn it off?

I use MSconfig and disabled it on startup and in services then i rebooted.

that's probably why. to disable avg, you open it, then double click on Resident Shield, then uncheck the box to disable it and hit save.
you also should redownload the unlocker to a different location, after disabling avg

My brother just got a new touch pro2 and hard-spl just hangs at 0% when I to unlock it. I have 2 other older touch pro 2 phones and hard-spl works with those. Is there anything I can do about this? Or do I need to wait for a newer version of hard-spl?

I have no internet connection. I use my tp2 with tethering hack to get access. To do the manual flash do i still need internet? Auto flash wont go due to the obvious reason on no internet for me and i cant tether and sync at the same time. I did try manual all day yesterday and Im stuck at the 0% screen and it never gets past it. Ive tried all methods provided on the first page includin uninstalling my firewall and virus programs in which did hold me up initialy. I dont have no other pc. Again i tried everything. Hellllp!
