read the first post. it tells you what to do.
disable antivirus and firewall.
right click on exe and choose "Run as administrator"

I just uninstalled my complete McAfee Security to fix the problem I'm having running this unlocker.
In doing so, I had to give up my free service that I got as a promotional offer.

Now, I am STILL getting a message falsely accusing me of doing multiple unlocks and I'm being forced to make a donation.
What is the fix?

I was going to demo the unlocker and Might Rom as a last effort before flushing windows mobile down the toilet after 5 years. This may be my last straw.

Nobody told you to uninstall it, so not sure why you did that.

mcafee blocked the communication to or from the unlocker server, so the server now thinks you're trying to unlock a second device. So, you have to do what the first paragraph in the first posts says.

or, you can just run the unlocker again and choose the pay option and fork over 6 bucks and some change and you'll be unlocked almost instantly.

If you are referring to the 1st and 2nd post of this thread, I have.

FYI. When I manually run the unlocker I get:
Error #246. Device not responding

Even though ActiveSync was ran immediately before the unlocker and Activesync currently shows "connected".

Seems as though you may need to just run stock.....this may be a little complicated for you.....why on earth would you listen to soemone that told you to uninstall you virus protection...lmao.....this is a very simple process to follow...

also are you trying to un-lock TP2 or TP....

put it in bootloader and see if you can get it to connect

he's getting the message stating that he has previously unlocked before, so the servers have him flagged. As i stated above, the only way to get past that is to send a trouble ticket and wait for them to unflag you, or to pay the 6 bucks and change.
