yes, it would. but all you'd have to do is flash an unlocked radio back on it afterwards.

you have to relock to flash it.

My IMEI and MEID where changed.
How do I change them back?

doesn't telus allow *228 ota activation? try that. or, i believe you just have to call them from another phone and get your phone activated. or i think you can just change the MIN or MDN back to what it was and it will be.

New US Cellular rom was released yesterday.
Maintenance Release for Enhanced 3G Roaming.
Looks like they only updated the radio and PRI in this release. The rom version and prl are the same as old one.
RUU_Rhodium_W_WM65_USC_WWE_2.01.573.3_signed_RS2.1 8.02WV_NV2.43_15075_Ship.exe
Rom LINK
RADIO
Old Rom = 2.18.00WV
New Rom = 2.18.02WV

PRI
Old Rom = 1.63
New Rom = 2.43

They also released a hotfix for the following:
Improved stability of device when there is a large amount of emails in the inbox to prevent from possible freezing condition.
Added workaround to reset Message Waiting Indicator to 0 if there are no unread messages in Inbox.

damn he beat me to it. i was gonna post this yesterday but ran out of time. new radio allows 3g outside of US Cellular calling area. nice if your a traveller.
